Why we started

Built around real fitness business workflows.

We started by sitting with studio and gym owners and listing what slowed them down: bookings in spreadsheets, payments chased on WhatsApp and trainer pay worked out by hand. Fitnow is built around those everyday jobs.

“Transitioning from manual processes, it elevated my business, making management significantly more streamlined.”

What we believe

The principles behind every feature

  1. Dream big, execute bigger

We set ambitious goals and work hard to reach them. Every feature is built to help a business grow past what it expected.

  2. Simple and elegant

Complexity kills adoption. Your front desk and your members should be able to use Fitnow without a manual.

  3. Built for the long term

We are building partnerships, not just software. Fitnow grows with you, from your first branch to your next.

Our journey

From one idea to a growing community
